FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is $40 per hour for one person, $60 per hour for two people, and $70 per hour for three people. For larger groups, please contact me to discuss your goals. If I travel more than 15 minutes from my home, then I do charge an extra $15 of travel fee, which is negotiable depending on how far away you live.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is to assess your current physical condition. Next, I discuss your goals with you to make sure we are aiming at the same target. Then we'll talk about exercise you've done in the past and what kinds of things you enjoy. Then I'll put together recommendations and a plan that I think will both allow you to reach your goals as well as be fun to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been studying exercise informally for over thirty years. I am certified through the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers, which is an NCCA accredited organization. I continue to update my knowledge with continuing education as well as reading on the subjects of exercise, nutrition, kinesiology and body structure. I also am working on both a nutrition counselor and Senior Fitness certification.
