- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do employ a standard pricing system and a 10% discount for our valued Military. Please visit us @ billiardservicebyskip.com or give us a call for a quote on all your Billiard Service needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is not a typical process as each and evey job has it's own unique circumstances. We only promise to treat each job with professionalism / promptness / integrity. Our logo states " It's not complete until we are satisfied ". We offer a 1 year warranty on workmanship. Should your table become unlevel due to settlement, simply give us a call, we will take care of that regardless of time if we have serviced your table in the past.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When you are a family owned business as we are, you are involved in the business at a very early age, as we were. Three generations and almost 3 decades of knowledge with a love of the industry.
