I highly recommend Liam at Kays Electric. He installed a set of ceiling light fixtures--one of them required Liam's creative problem solving.At a time when it seems rare for anyone to return a phone call or show up when they say they're going to show up, Liam stands out for doing both consistently. First, he sized up the project and gave me an estimate in person. Then, he delivered the work efficiently and to my satisfaction.I have fairly high expectations when it comes to working on my house. Liam exceeded those expectations. Here's an example: after installing the dining room fixture, he used a laser level to center the table directly under the center of the light, then used tape on the floor to mark where the table legs should be just in case I moved the table in the future and needed to find the center point again. That type of "doing a little extra" makes a big difference.I will definitely hire him again. --Tom

There was a problem with an electrical outlet in a friend's home. I called Kays to see if they could fix it and they were out there right away and replaced the outlet!

Liam did a very difficult service upgrade for us. When we called for an estimate, he responded very quickly and was here the next day as scheduled. He explained everything that needed to be done for the upgrade and had an estimate the following day. Liam is very professional and friendly. There were unforeseen obstacles that resulted in extra hours of work, and he honored the estimate. In the future he will be our go to electrician. Linda and Jim Stewart
