- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flat rate and upfront. No surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch. You'll know exactly what you're paying before I show up. I'm not the cheapest option in the Springs and I don't try to be. You're paying for 9 years of experience, thousands of installs, and someone who does this every single day. I also offer add-on services like behind the wall wire concealment and soundbar installation if you want a truly clean setup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I show up I want to know your wall type, whether you already have a mount, and what you're trying to accomplish. That way I come prepared with everything needed and there are no surprises on either end. I'll also walk you through options like wire concealment before we start so you can decide what works for your space and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nine years and thousands of installs is my training. I've mounted TVs on drywall, brick, stone, concrete, fireplaces, and everything in between. I've solved problems most installers have never seen. That kind of experience doesn't come from a certification course.
