- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of the proceeding greatly depends on the level of conflict. As your attorney, we do our best to: 1) mitigate conflict and 2) protect children. However, in some instances, trial cannot be avoided. During such times, our attorneys zealously advocate for our clients to gain the best opportunity to achieve the desired results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The attorney client relationship revolves around the client providing the attorney with all relevant facts. The attorney then takes those facts and lays out the means to achieve the desired result with the client and attorney making global strategy decisions together.
