Bill and his crew was amazing. Bill came by our house around 1:00pm to give us an estimate on our driveway and front porch. He gave us our quote and than said, "I can get it done today, if you want" He was back within 2 hours and got the job done. Bill and his team were incredible friendly and did a fantastic job. Bill went above and beyond making sure to we have as little as possible future damage. He brought up all of our river rocks that had slid down and leveled it with our front porch. He also ended up drilling a few more sections of our drive way than he had originally anticipated, and still kept true to his original quote. Working with levelbest was so easy and hassle-free. I would encourage anyone needing concrete lifting to contact Bill first. You wont be disappointed. OH! He also warranties his work for 4 years!

Bill came over to give us a quote because we had what we thought was a severe crack in our basement floor, which we wanted to fix before we laid new hardwood flooring. The crack was under carpeting as well as vinyl tiles from the 70s that had tested positive for asbestos, and he was very careful to disturb them as little as possible and cleaned up after himself completely. It was clear to Bill in a few minutes that we wouldn't need his services (concrete lifting) because the crack was actually a joint that had become raised, but he stayed for an entire hour and a half in order to help me figure out the best solution to getting our basement floor flat and level. Although we didn't hire Bill officially, I'm writing this review because the whole interaction was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Even when he knew we wouldn't be hiring him, he stayed to examine every part of the problem and even made a few phone calls to consult his colleagues on how to make our floor flat again without disturbing the asbestos tiles. In the end he gave me very clear directions for how to fix the floor ourselves (we are big DIYers), including links to the products we should use and articles about asbestos tiles. He even offered to send us YouTube videos of how to use the concrete leveler we'd be buying. In addition, he took a look at the rest of our foundation and even found an actual, large crack and told me how to seal that ourselves too (it wasn't structurally problematic). When he saw that we had some plumbing exposed from a prior renovation, he even pointed out a problematic area that needed to be replaced (he used to work in plumbing). The entire time he was there, he explained everything he was doing and why and answered my many questions clearly and confidently. When we offered to pay him for his time and all his help, he politely declined. I can only imagine that Bill would be a pleasure to work with and am keeping his info for the future. I work as an interior designer and have met so many unprofessional and uncommunicative contractors, subcontractors, etc. that Bill really was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Bill for all your help!

Bill was great! He and his team were wonderful. Bill walked us through, step-by-step, what he was going to do to help us mitigate little issues that we had been seeing with our foundation. As of right now our issues were more preventative than actual major problems. Even though we did not have major problems Bill still took care of us with the utmost urgency and ensured we were comfortable with his explanations. He spent a lot of time going over what he saw, what he was going to fix, and things we could do to prevent any further issues. With the rains now happening (6/18/2018) the impact of the fixes are very noticeable. Before we had areas where water pooled from running down our driveway. Now it is running off like it should and the area it used to pool is dry. Bill really gave us peace of mind! Thank you!!
