FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am on the Board of Directors for the Denver Chapter of ISES (International Special Events Society), and attend various networking events and conferences.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Day Of Coordination is our most common service. We do help to plan weddings as well and love that we get to play a big part of the day, but coordinating it all and just letting everyone enjoy the celebration is such an incredibly important aspect.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A good planner will listen, be patient, knowledgeable, and honest. This is about what you want. They should also have ways to tactfully handle your budget, and offer comparible options when funding becomes a concern. A good coordinator is very knowledgeable of the days events. They keep alert to everything that is happening and have great leadership, management, and trouble shooting skills. The best thing to do when choosing a planner or coordinator for your event is to meet them face to face. You need to feel comfortable with them and make sure they are a good fit for your personality as well as your event.
