- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat rate pricing based on the work we have to do to resolve your case. There are no hidden fees. We do a comprehensive interview with you during our initial consultation to determine what needs to be competed to resolve your tax matter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a comprehensive qualification interview to determine if we can resolve your case. We do not take clients we can't help. Once hired we complete an onboarding getting the appropriate authorizations and then research your case. Then the team discusses the resolution actions necessary and we brief the client on the process discussing timelines and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed to practice before the IRS. It's a federal certification that let's me work with in states. My staff and I each take over 20 hours a year of continuing education a year. My staff and I have various accounting and legal degrees LLM, MBAs, and other degrees. There are multiple Enrolled Agents who specialize in tax.
