Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: If they don't succeed, then I have failed. I hate to fail. I realize that not all will commit 100% and all cannot be saved, but I will do everything in my power to see that failure is not an option. Seeing the transformation of someone that really commits to a better lifestyle. One in particular went from an overweight couch spud to competing in two Ironman Triathlons.

Jack is just the best! I shopped around for a trainer and decided that Jack was the one to help me. He exceeded all of my expectations. Pushed me when I needed it, with humor and grace. I succeeded in reaching my goals by learning that I could do it. The program Jack created for me was doable, fun and maintainable. Jack and his training changed my life.

We found Jack to be an excellent personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated to personal training and focuses on each person individually. We nicknamed him Jack Attack because he attacks each session with a challenging routine all the while being very encouraging and motivating. Jacks's routines constantly change, working all the muscles groups. Because of his knowledge, passion and personality his workouts are never boring. You can't go wrong hiring Jack!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always been active and quite frankly, I like to feel good. Sitting behind a desk to me is painful. I tried. Ironically the desk job was in the fitness industry! I tell people working out is my prozac. I guess it's my hobby. And I met my wife at the gym....bonus! She also is a personal trainer so it's a win-win!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you are really serious about improving your health, hire someone to help, even if it's not me.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I think most believe we charge too much for the time spent with them. Nothing could be further from the truth. First of all, we have to be certified and keep up with our education. We also spend time planning specific workouts for each client. And if one really thinks about the knowledge passed on, it can be invaluable. Most go to a gym or workout without a plan and fail. Learn how to do it correctly and see results. We have been given an incredible machine and there isn't a price tag on one's health. What is the cost of medicines and junk food? It is less expensive to stay healthy now than to be in poor health later.
