Blake McCormack is a highly skilled, ethical, pleasant, reasonable, and talented contractor! I have gutted 3 homes in my younger life and hired all my own subs and worked along with them. I typically, to this day, interview 6-10 subs before I hire for any home project! Blake was the last person out of 10 that I interviewed to do some renovation on my kitchen, and I immediately knew he was the best choice! I was not disappointed with my selection! In fact, I have been incredibly pleased with all that I have hired him to do. He is smart, knows what he is doing, and does it well! When I bought my home it was mostly unrenovated from the 1980's. He came in to tile my kitchen and wet bar backsplashes, and did it so well, I then had him gut my two upstairs bathrooms, and upgrade my half bath as well. His skill in laying intricate tile work is masterful. He is meticulous and has quite an eye for design, and expertise in renovation, that he knows what works and what doesn’t. They all turned out so well, and I couldn’t be happier. He is also able to bring in trusted subs to do electrical and other needs as well. Blake is without question, trustworthy with high morals! I have never given any workman a key to my home, and after getting to know him, I had no concern about offering to do so. It just made things easier, and more efficient. I later hired Blake to pull up the original flooring downstairs, and he did a superb job of replacing it with porcelain tile. He also replaced my old moldings throughout the house, and it looks stunningly up to date. He has continued to do many repairs and upgrades for me inside and out, and I am very fortunate to have found such a terrific person to handle well, the things I need done, to make my home more functional, up to date, and beautiful. Thanks Blake, for keeping the bar high, when so many others fail to do so these days. I cannot recommend Blake McCormick enough for your home renovations needs!
