- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and time-based — you pay for the actual work, not an arbitrary room count. Every service tier (standard clean, deep clean, move-in/move-out) reflects a realistic scope of work with no hidden fees. We don't cut corners to hit a low number, and we don't pad time to inflate a bill. If your home needs something outside the standard scope, we'll tell you upfront before the appointment, not after. Returning clients on a recurring schedule receive priority scheduling and the best per-visit rate we offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation — either by phone or in person — to understand what you're walking into and what outcome matters most to you. From there we confirm scope, schedule, and access logistics. On the day of service, we show up on time and work systematically, so nothing gets missed. After the clean, you'll hear from us directly to make sure everything met your standard. Our goal isn't a one-time transaction — it's to become the cleaner you stop thinking about because the job is always done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The foundation of Kenosis is my mother, who has over 30 years of hands-on residential cleaning experience. That's not a credential you earn in a course — it's decades of learning exactly how different surfaces behave, what products actually work, how to move through a home efficiently without missing anything, and how to handle the unexpected with professionalism. I've built the business infrastructure around that expertise: proper insurance, clear pricing, professional communication, and systems that protect both the client and the quality of the work. What you're getting isn't a new operation figuring things out — it's seasoned craft wrapped in a professional structure.
