- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the low cost provider of services. Insulation Station is a provider of premium services at a cost effective price. We do offer discounts for veterans and their families. Our pricing is flexible. Tell us what you need and we will work with your budget. It's that easy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our customers. It's important that you get to know who is installing your new insulation. You'll find us courteous and friendly but professional. The process is simple: we provide a free inspection with photos and measurements of your space; you'll receive a professionally designed estimate at an affordable price; you pick the date of service. With our fleet of trucks, you can have your service performed the same week as the inspection or anytime of your choosing in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We will educate you about the differences between cellulose, fiberglass, mineral wool (aka Rockwool), and sheep's wool - yes, sheep's wool. It's a premium product and we will educate you about it's advantageous insulation characteristics. With our services menu, we will describe the benefits of each type of service and recommend the ones that may optimize the thermal performance of your home.
