I hired Michael to refurbish and repair my parents home prior to it being put on the market. He was very professional, yet easy to talk to, and he walked with me throughout the house and took notes on everything that should be done to bring it up to a high market value. We wrote up a contract together, with details and specific end dates for each semi-project. He is a very trustworthy man and he is extremely detail-oriented, so when everything was finished, the house looked absolutely beautiful. I would recommend him to anyone who cares about craftsmanship and personal care. He also is very affordable, especially with regard to the high standards he expects of himself.
