We use transparent, flat-rate pricing—you’ll see the total before work begins. We offer seasonal promotions and membership discounts on maintenance/inspections, plus financing options on larger projects. No surprise add-ons; any change is approved in writing first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Reach out and we'll confirm an arrival window with the office or set up a virtual visit. 2. On arrival, we perform a safety-focused diagnostic/inspection and review findings. 3. You get our best options in writing with clear pricing. 4. Most repairs are completed same day; installs are coordinated with permits, start-up, and QA. 5. We wrap with a system check, photo documentation, and care recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is built from experienced field technicians and operations pros. Technicians hold EPA 608 certification and complete manufacturer training on modern heat pumps, furnaces, and controls; several carry NATE credentials. We maintain ongoing safety training and code updates and continually training all staff on new technology and updates to the industry!
