Great counter tops. Nice employees. The owner Ernesto left my drywall destroyed and refused to pay to repair it. Repeatedly gaslighting both my wife and I when we tried to discuss with him. Refused to answer phone. Lied constantly, I feel very bad for his employees and family members as there is clearly something off w him. Initial estimate was 10k and quickly became a 15k project. Accused me of withholding payment and insulted my wife while gaslighting incessantly. Made his employees demand payment 30 seconds after the job completed (4 months after it started)- refused to answer phone, meet in person to discuss etc I feel very bad for his poor workers who have to deal w him. If any other owner reads this Id love to discuss or show you the damages. The photos below were how Ernesto views a completed job I had to hire someone for an additional $500 to get my kitchen back in working order, then endure a never ending stream of lies and accusations which resulted in zero reimbursement, all so Ernesto could save $500 on a 15k job. My attorney has advised against saying more, will update after small claims court.
