- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For criminal matters, I offer a flat fee - the pricing of which depends on the charge(s) and complexity of the case. I also offer a variety of pricing plan options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first, we sit down for a free 30-minute consultation. After that, we come up with a timeline for your legal service needs and work on a plan that best meets those needs as fast or as slow as you need them to occur.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Psychology and Sociology, as well as a JD from the University of Miami. I am an experienced and accomplished trial attorney, on both the criminal and civil sides. I am also a very experienced transactional/contract attorney.
