- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually take cases on a flat fee or hourly basis, but we can work with clients on a payment plan if they need one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we complete an intake first, where we will ask the new potential client several questions and allow them time to ask us any questions they have before deciding if we are a good fit. Next, we send over a fee agreement with the pricing for the services that we will be completing.
