A light that mysteriously stopped working in my 135 year old house became an emergency when Eric found live knob & tube in the ceiling. Over 4 days of troubleshooting, a crazy ladder to reach a fixture on a 20’ ceiling, and creative multistory repairs, Eric, Pedro, & Alex went above and beyond to make the house safe as quickly as possible. They were all lovely and trustworthy in my home and made sure to restore the things they had to move to do the work.

The electrician was competent, but I do not appreciate gas-lighting to upsell unnecessary work. The price was excessive to add an outlet. I’ve done many projects just like this, but I’m permanently handicapped from cancer and couldn’t physically get down on the floor - so I can say I could have done a better job. The technician was on time, and generally professional - though he was constantly takin mobile calls to supervise others. The electrical work was excellent, but he left an unnecessary hole in our drywall which we now need to repair. I understood how it happened, but it wouldn’t have happened with more careful work. I can recommend provisionally with the caveat that Mister Sparky is a high price service that isn’t set up to help reduce costs.

AJ was great! We had a unique issue with an outlet but he knew right away what to do, explained everything completely and clearly. He also explained the VIP membership--no pressure to sign up, just the facts. But it was such a good deal we decided to join and look forward to all the great services it includes.
