Caleb came today and as we have come to expect from Pest Arrest, was very thorough, careful and helpful in explaining what was happening with our situation. He answered every question, didn't sugar coat things, but also did not hype concerns. Some companies use scare tactics, not Caleb and his colleagues. They treat us with respect and you can clearly tell how much they appreciate our business. If furry creatures are trying to invade, these are the people to call every time.

Tommie from Pest Arrest was wonderful! He scheduled the appointment with my tenant, called me to let me know what he found once he got there, got authorization from me on the plan, treated the mouse problem on the spot, and scheduled the follow appointment with my tenant, all in one visit. Amazing! I would recommend Pest Arrest to anyone who has a pest problem.

We have been using Pest Arrest for the past 1.5 years to keep the bugs and spiders at bay. We have been happy with their service. Anytime we see spiders and feel they need to come out to re-spray, they do with no questions asked.We plan on using them for years to come. :)
