FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different service models. If you only want fiduciary investment management, then that's all you pay for. If you want ongoing financial advice and coaching in all areas of your life (not just investments), we offer a subscription-based service for that. About half of our clients choose both (coaching and investment management), but you don't have to. You only pay for what you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a 10-15 minute phone call to get acquainted and see if it makes sense to meet. If it does, then we schedule either an in-person or a video-conferencing meeting with you, me, and potentially one of my team members. That usually takes 60-75 minutes. We want to be thorough and learn your story, and then explain how we would go about helping you, what we would charge, etc. By the end of the complimentary session, we should both know whether we want to work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate degree in Business. I have a graduate degree (MBA) in Finance. I am an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®). I am a registered Financial Planner licensed to do business in all 50 states. I am a licensed life insurance expert in the states where I have clients. In order to maintain all my various certifications, I have to do many hours of continuing education every year.
