Wayne helped me fix a hole in a roof ceiling that that damaged by water from a downspout that runs through it. He even painted the ceiling when he was finished which I appreciated. I will work with him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is fixed. My variable price is based on three factors. One is slope/difficulty of roof, Two is amount and type of tree cover, and three being the height/number of stories on a building. These three factors will determine the price per linear foot of a gutter cleaning with complimentary roof report and grounds cleaning. All estimates are free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an in person estimate or provide estimate via photos, then schedule a time to clean gutters and conduct roof inspection.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked in nearly all faccets of the construction/contracting industry. Recently, I have been focused on the roofing trade.
