I was impressed with Charly’s Hardwood from the start as they showed up for the estimate on time, we’re professional, answered all my questions, and got me the quote the same day. After hiring them to remove carpet, install luxury vinyl planks, and refinish existing hardwood floors, they showed up on time, did great work, and finished on time. Jonathan communicated well with me throughout the entire project and always made sure you were happy with his work. It was obvious customer satisfaction is very important to the entire team. I had a new door installed a couple weeks after the job was was completed and a couple planks were damaged. Jonathan came over and replaced the planks at no cost to me. Will definitely recommend Charly’s and hire Charly’s for any future flooring projects.

These guys were excellent! Our floors turned out beautiful and it was a pleasure to work with them from start to finish. They explained all parts of the process and what would work best with our red oak floors. They put down a variety of different stains so we could decide what we liked. They also came by to do a final check and make sure there were no issues with the finished floors. We highly recommend them and thought they charged a very reasonable price. Thanks again guys!

We had a great experience with Charly’s Hardwood. They were very responsive from the start. Showed up when they said they would. Competed the job sooner than originally thought. Provided a reasonable quote with no surprise charges. They delivered in all areas of the job. I appreciated the time they took clean their work areas each day. Additionally, in our case we needed to match the stain to existing hardwood floors. They took the time to test stains to find a great combination. The finished product was a great color match. I very happy we used Charly’s Hardwood for this project.

If you want beautiful hardwood floors, definitely recommend going with Charlys Hardwood. I wanted to install hardwood floors in my living room and Jonathan got me a quote right away. He was very professional and great at communicating throughout the project. Jonathan and Donovan did flawlessly beautiful work on the hardwood installation: I am incredibly pleased with the outcome!! The wood was expertly cut and fit together and I absolutely love the color. They showed me several stain options painted in swatches after the floor was fitted together and sanded so I could visualize the colors in my space. They were very patient and helpful while I decided on a color. Jonathan and Donovan were so easy to work with and friendly too! Charly himself even came out to customize my baseboards to fit after the hardwood was installed. Overall, I am so very happy I went with Charlys Hardwood, and I would definitely work with them again. The pictures show before and after the last coat of sealer went on.
