What I most admire about Linc is his soft sell approach. No pressure --- just information and suggestions. My past experience with insurance agents is not stellar. Linc is knowledgeable and trustworthy, two traits I greatly respect. It's really nice to know that customer service is not just a catch phrase, but a way of doing business. Linc worked very hard to obtain and explain the products I eventually bought. He made sure and continues to look out for my best interests in a complicated industry. I strongly recommend Linc and his services to anyone interested in insurance, regardless of age, income or product knowledge. He will always be honest with you and try to give you the best service he can.

Linc and I have been friends for years, and my wife and I have used his financial planning assistance during that time. He has always been very helpful, to the point of many questions answered without ever expecting something in return, and providing very useful recommendations when needed. As for real business with us, we have decided to invest much of our retirement with his recommended products, and have felt very fortunate to have his knowledge and support.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Yes, the State of Colorado requires that every insurance producer complete a minimum of 24 hours of Continuing Education (CEs) every two year period. I take those courses that most closely relate to my clients and their needs.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Are the providers able to quote many companies or are they bound by their captive companies products?

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    That most people in my profession care more about helping their clients needs than their own. The quote I like to use is that "people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care".
