Introduction: Attorney Jared Adams has dedicated his practice to defending the rights of those accused of driving under the influence. Mr. Adams is a member of the National College for DUI Defense and the majority of his practice is defending accused impaired drivers. Mr. Adams regularly attends continuing legal education seminars focused on DUI defense in order to stay up to date on the latest developments in the law and police tactics. The most rewarding part of my job is helping people. Many people who are arrested for DUI have never been charged with a crime. In many cases, those facing a DUI charge are terrified. Mr. Adams is not only extremely knowledgeable about this area of the law, but he is one of the most professional and experienced attorneys in Colorado. I was arrested for DUI back in August, and Mr. Adams has already been able to secure my driver's license back by winning the driver's license hearing, as well as helping me fight my case by not backing down to the demands of the district attorney in Denver County!!! Don't wait to give Jared Adams a call for any criminal defense issues! He is sure to give you the same level of professionalism that I have received, as well as help you in any way possible! He even met with me on a Sunday afternoon to prep me for the driver's license hearing - and I don't know what attorney would ever do this outside of "office hours"! As others have mentioned, Mr. Jared Adams helped me so much with my case back in September when I was arrested and being charged for driving while under the influence of marijuana. The thing I liked the most was that Jared was very upfront and helped calm my nerves and anxiety about the entire case every step of the way. He helped me get ready before every single court thing and every thing he told me would happen did. Jared was able to find of some inconsistencies in the arresting police officers reports and get my case was dismissed! I have been so happy that this part of my life can close! First off, let me start by saying that Jared Adams should be your first and only choice when looking for a DUI attorney! From the moment I talked to him on the phone to the moment that I stepped off the elevator to his office on the top floor of Domonion Towers, I knew that he was the real deal. I made the mistake by driving home from a company holiday party and ended up getting a DUI as a result. Because of my own and my family's schedule (kid's soccer practice, gymnastics, swim practice, etc.) I depend on my driver's license and couldn't risk the consequences of not being able to drive. Based on a technicality at the DMV Hearing and the officer not showing up, we essentially won the hearing and I was able to keep my driver's license! My case is currently ongoing and we are debating the pros and cons of taking it to a trial case versus a current plea deal from the district attorney. Jared has done more for me than I would reasonably expect from a lawyer and is very good about communicating everything that happens in the case big-or-small. If I could, i would give Jared Adams 100 Stars!

Jared saved me time, energy, and money in a recent case of mine and I really appreciate everything he did for me! I am from out of state and was visiting Colorado during spring break with some buddies of mine. I made a mistake thinking I was okay to drive us back to our hotel after going to some bars in Breckenridge. Jared fought for me when nobody else was really willing too and stuck up for me while keeping my best interest in mind. He has a great heart and I believe that he did his best and worked really hard in my case. He also was able to excuse some of my appearances at the minor court hearings so that i didn't have to take time from school and fly back to Colorado. Thank you!

As an extension of what others are reporting, I too, had a phenomenal experience with hiring Jared Adams with the Adams Law Firm. From the getgo, he seemed very eager to get started on my case because my blood results were skewed in his opinion based on what I told him. He has the Colorado lab people rerun my blood sample which came back at a differerent blood alcohol level that what was first reported. Because of this and the fact that the district attorneys weren't willing to budge, we took my case to a jury trial where the jury found me not guilty of DUI.
