Completely unprofessional! Their business is run like a circus. You are shifted around from person to person and barely deal directly with the lawyers themselves. The people or team you work with makes promises they never fill, don't return emails or phone calls. You must always be on them about what is going on with your case. I had sent the same requested information to them over and over again. Waited almost an hour for a scheduled appointment to receive my settlement check when they knew I was on a tight time schedule. I was working with a paralegal who was about to have a baby and was having labor pains while I was trying to have a meeting with her over my case. When I complained to Kyle Bachus about my experiences he did give me some compensation and also promised that the same things would not happen with my next case.
As soon as I started my next case with them, it started all over again. This time even worse and was down right ignored until I had to start complaining again. When I complained to Kyle Bachus again he was very crude and angry when asked questions about the behavior and customer service practices of his firm. Basically told me he wouldn't help me with my case anymore if I continued to complain about the unprofessional ways at their firm! Needless to say the new lawyer I hired is completely the opposite and can't believe the unprofessional practices he also has experienced while trying to work with them.
They are only concerned about their wallets and not you specifically. You will need to check up on them all the time and be prepared to send the same info over and over again. Promises never kept and more headaches to your already troubled case! Run far away from them!

This firm has had my case for a year, they are un professional My case has been turned over to several different lawyers .They don't do what they say, don't return phone calls. Staff is rude. I have settled one case and have a check only to be sitting in trust because no one at the firm knows what to do.i would not ever recommend them to anyone.

They had my case for over a year and did absolutely no work the entire time. I was handed off from lawyer to lawyer until the finally ruined my entire case. I would not recommend this firm, in fact, if you care about your case you will RUN!!!! Fast

I hired B&S after speaking with multiple law firms. Other law firms refused to help despite my wife being 7 months pregnant when we were rear-ended, schedules were based off of their convenience, or didn't respond. Everyone from Reception to the Attorney's exceeded my expectations. There is no better personal injury law firm in CO.
