Leah has a way of affectively helping you pinpoint exactly what it is that you want to work on. She's very personable and insightful and has an ability to creatively come up with a solution that is unique to you. I came into our session with disorganized ideas but she knew how to redirect my thoughts by asking thought provoking questions that led to a distinct task to work on. She doesn't show you the path, but guides you to come up with your own clear approach to tackle your goals in an affective manor. At first I felt sluggish and confused, but I left our session with a clear game plan of how to complete my tasks successfully and feeling much more energized and motivated than before. I would recommend Leah to anyone who has the desire to elevate the quality of their life and who feel they need a little push to achieve their life goals.

I didn’t really know what to expect, and I’ve been to therapy before, but didn’t love the experiences I had.
I heard about life coaches and found Leah, who I’ve been going to for a few months now and am really liking it!
She’s really sweet but more importantly really makes me feel like I’m making the decisions and have set some really good steps forward.
Anyone on the fence about trying life coaching, I couldn’t recommend someone better than Leah!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin working with a new client by conducting a 30 minute complimentary session to affirm their goals for our coaching relationship. I offer coaching packages of 6 sessions. The length of the coaching process depends on the client’s commitment and determination!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University and have spent four years in the staffing agency as a Recruiting Consultant, guiding individuals through achieving their dream jobs. I believe each and every person adds a special contribution to the world.
My passion for working with people continued to go so I became a Certified Life Coach and Certified Spiritual Coach through the Life Purpose Institute, an incredible Coaching organization accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
