I’m Scott Meis, a chef who believes the best meals are the ones you share. I trained and later taught at Cook Street School of Culinary Arts, and I’ve spent almost a decade cooking private events that bring people together over great food. I cook exclusively family style — big platters, shared bowls, and plenty of food to pass around. We used HB Chef to celebrate an intimate dinner for mg parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. He was punctual, communicated well before the event, and when he was on his way. Most importantly, the food was delicious and he was able to accommodate a last minute request for a younger member of the family by making a quick dish for him that was not a part of our original plan. We would gladly work with him again.
