Clay and Ashley were such a pleasure to work with. They helped me navigate my legal needs and displayed professionalism and punctuality throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer my questions and made sure I understood exactly what was going on. I found their fee structure to be fair and affordable compared to many of the firms in the area. Their experience and commitment to clients is unmatched and I would recommend them to anyone.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer competitive billing rates in criminal cases. For personal injury cases, we operate on a contingency fee basis with three tiers: 28.333% (5% below the vast majority of firms) for settlements that occur pre-litigation; 35% percent if we settle after filing your case (aka litigation) but before or during mediation; and 40% past mediation and through trial if we do not settle at mediation.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer a free 30-minute consultation prior to signing up clients to make sure that we are the right fit for the case.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Ashley N. Fridovich spent 7 years working as a criminal defense attorney as a Deputy Public Defender in Aurora, El Paso County, and Denver County. She has handled almost every type of criminal case in Colorado ranging from DUIs to homicides. Ashley has represented clients charged with the most serious and complex of criminal cases. Ashley also has experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. W. Clayton Harris spent 2 years working at a Public Defender's Office where he tried 35 cases with a win percentage of about 68%. He spent another 5 years working at a large personal injury firm here in Denver where he totaled more than $1,000,000 in verdicts and over $10,000,000 in settlement amounts.
