My experience with choosing True Flow Heating and Air has put ease of mind with our new HVAC replacement. This new unit is so quiet and has been working perfectly well. I can assure to say I feel safe now. The Technician was very knowledgeable at explaining everything that needed to be done and how long it would take for the installation process. What impressed me, was that I had everything installed within that same week! Just in time for colder weather. They were here on time and the clean up was top notch. I would highly recommend their company. Also wanted to add they did do a follow up appointment to make sure everything was installed and working correctly.

My initial engagement with Eric at True Flow was highly positive. He responded swiftly to my service request in June, providing same-day on-site support to address an air conditioning concern. After a comprehensive assessment of my existing system, which was approximately 25 years old, we concurred that a complete HVAC system replacement was the optimal solution. The provided estimates were competitive, and I was pleased to select Eric and True Flow Heating and Air for the project, particularly given my preference for supporting local, small businesses. The recent system upgrade has been completed to my satisfaction, and I am confident in my decision to partner with True Flow. The entire process was executed smoothly and professionally.

Eric was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining our various options. The price for installation was in line with what other small vendors were charging, and a lot cheaper than the larger HVAC companies. The installation was completed within a day, and all the installers were very respectful. Financing was also available.

The owner Eric was amazing. He was completely thorough and found my issue right away. Very reasonably priced. (Coming from a single mom) He stayed way later and longer than originally planned but got my running. Will definitely use again. 100% recommendation

True Flow was just what I needed. Eric diagnosed my a/c problem quickly, fixed it on the spot, and charged a fair, flat fee. My a/c is flowing again! Will definitely use them again.
