- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to work with all budgets by accommodating to your needs. Pricing in photography and videography can vary so much from project to project. If a product appeals to me, I will happily adjust my rate to fit into the budget of a client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's get to know each other! I am happy to answer any questions you have and work to make all of my clients comfortable. I try to get to know you and your vision so that I can best execute what you are trying to accomplish. After settling on a rate and date, unless the project is self-explanatory, I'll ask the client to send over some examples of imagery they like or would like to emulate in the shoot.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've shot everything from portraits, products, automotive, and real estate, to baptisms, engagements and weddings. Honestly, what makes every job special to me are the clients and team(s) I get to work with. Many of which become friends and/or returning clients. Having the ability to deliver quality work, and efficiently work with others is what I pride myself on.
