- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to charge a fixed monthly fee for recurring services. I do offer discounts for military, veterans, and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a free consultation to determine the customer's exact needs and scope of work then I prepare a quote and once agreed upon gather customer's information and begin work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BSBA (2003) and a MBA (2004) in Accounting. I have been a Certified Public Accountant since 2009 and I am a Certified Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor.
