- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different like our clients. Our estimated costs are stating prices and may not always reflect your project. We do ask for photos or links of the items to give you an accurate quote once we have established communication. We almost always will have a set price for you before we arrive, there will be no surprises!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have received an inquiry, we will reach out to our potential client to ask for more details. When we have established our clients needs as well as answered all questions we will provide a quote. If the client decides to go with our company, we will schedule an appointment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been performing these tasks most of our lives starting from childhood.
