- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and transparent. Estimates are customized to the specific needs of each project, and we clearly outline all costs up front. While we don’t cut corners, we do look for ways to deliver value. Additional fees may apply if the project scope changes—such as extra materials or unexpected repairs—but these are always discussed before any work is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an in-person meeting to view the project and understand the customer’s expectations. We then provide a detailed estimate and timeline. Once approved, our team carefully prepares the surfaces, completes the work with attention to detail, and finishes with a walkthrough to ensure the customer is completely satisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked with many experienced painters and have learned the trade from the ground up. We are also actively pursuing new training classes to continue building our expertise.
