FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After gathering information about the repairs, projects, or improvements that are needed I will provide a quote with upfront pricing and a clear description of the work that is being proposed and grantee quality work and professional service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to form a relationship with the customer and together navigate the project with them. I will gather the needed information, provide an upfront quote with any recommendations, schedule the project once the quote has been approved, professionally complete the requested project and ensure the customers' expectations are met and conveniently collect payment via cash, check or credit card. I hope not to help with just this one project but all of your future home repair and improvement needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After graduating High School, I furthered my education at Lincoln Technical College and received a degree in Automotive Repair and an Associate’s Degree in Business. As a young family man, I juggled a job by day, school by night and every other chance with the family. After college, life took me into 15years in the steel fabrication industry which provided me with countless experiences. Hard work, loyalty, long days and short weekends helped me climb throughout the industry and learn many lessons. I had the opportunity to construct so many things such as complex steel fabrications, implementing new technology, creating teams, and developing strong culture. When not at work I worked on many different handyman projects at home and for friends and family. I have been passionately repairing and improving houses for 15+ years.
