Our washer constantly kept filling with water even when it was turned off. A different company told us the issue was a "circulation pump" and then they stopped responding altogether. We called Family Handyman (Ivan) and he gave us a second opinion, ordered the part, and installed it. Not only was the issue resolved, but the actual repair turned out to be a different and cheaper part than what the first company had claimed. FHS saved us from having to replace the entire appliance and we also avoided having to pay for unnecessary parts and work. Thank you!!
