Our air conditioner had been broken down for a week and I was having a hard time getting anyone to come out to inspect and service our units. Our upstairs temperature had gotten over 90°. When I called precision they responded right away and had someone to our home within the hour. Love that they showed up on time and had the problem identified and repaired very quickly. I will definitely be using Precision again for my HVAC needs.

Precision responded quickly to our call and was able to get us on their schedule within a few days. They quickly diagnosed what was wrong with our AC system, answered the million questions we had, and worked with us to order an entire new system. We had everything replaced within a week of contacting them, despite it being the dead of summer, and they were responsive and helpful the whole time. The price was also very competitive. Couldn’t recommend working with them more.

Reached out to Precision after one of our tenants stated the upper master bedroom was not cooling off. Precision was responsive and accommodating - scheduled a next day appointment and they diagnosed and corrected the simple issue at no charge. This is the 2nd time we’ve used Precision and they have been consistent with providing a high level of service. Highly recommended!

Brian and Amady are great people. I wanted to choose all five qualities. To choose only three is not enough praise. The work was very well done.
