Reached out to Precision after one of our tenants stated the upper master bedroom was not cooling off. Precision was responsive and accommodating - scheduled a next day appointment and they diagnosed and corrected the simple issue at no charge. This is the 2nd time we’ve used Precision and they have been consistent with providing a high level of service. Highly recommended!

Brian came in on time, analyzed the situation and, most importantly, figured out what the problem was! He also took the time to explain things and allowed me to watch him work for my own education. Our air conditioner had been broken down for a week and I was having a hard time getting anyone to come out to inspect and service our units. Our upstairs temperature had gotten over 90°. When I called precision they responded right away and had someone to our home within the hour. Love that they showed up on time and had the problem identified and repaired very quickly. I will definitely be using Precision again for my HVAC needs.

Brian and Amady are great people. I wanted to choose all five qualities. To choose only three is not enough praise. The work was very well done. Had a couple of obstacles with my older home since a/c had not been installed before. But, Brian soared through my house with precision and speed. Would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them in a heartbeat.
