- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are all per the job. you will have an idea of the cost when you call. Now being in an age where you can send pictures , Why would anyone want to waste the time and money running around town to give you a free estimate???? 90% of the time you will know exactly what the cost is when you call. Also, I never upsell NEVER!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by protecting the work area. That is from the front door to my area. Being clean and efficient. Payment when job is complete. We never ask for any kind deposit or money upfront.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 200 hours of training, not including on the job training.
