Colby was easy to work with, quick to reply and thorough with his work. I reached out to him just before a holiday weekend because my garage was covered with mouse and rat droppings, which was something that had been building for years. I just couldn't take the smell or sanitation concerns any longer, and wanted to take care of the core problem while cleaning the space up. Within 30-minutes of arriving on site and investigating, Colby had a ton of ideas and solutions. He went to work, plugging all of the potential holes and entry points in my garage. I had him back out to clean up the space the following week, and he left the garage in immaculate condition. He also installed a garage door seal, and responded with a thorough overview of the install when I had further questions for him over text. Colby is reliable, professional, and did high-quality work. His rates were also lower than the professional pest control company that I had originally reached out to for this work, which saved me several hundred dollars. I'll work with Colby again if those darn mice and rats come back.
