- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fixed for our sprinkler repairs and evaluations. We charge a $95 dollar service fee for sprinkler repairs and evaluations, and it covers our first hour of labor. Landscaping is different due to the complexity of the projects and can range in cost. We work with each client to find the right solutions to fit into their budget. We pride ourselves in reasonable rates and reasonable solutions to not break the bank!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually with sprinkler repairs, the client knows what is happening to the system prior to contacting us. We take that information and set up an appointment to get the work completed and get the system operational. The technician will give the client the cost at the time of the appointment. Landscaping or new sprinkler installations will need a 1 to 1 consultation. The estimate is free to complete. Someone will come to the client's location, walk through the project with them, and send them a quote to complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified in various sprinkler related courses offered by the manufactures of the items we use. We are QWEL (Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper) certified. We are ALCC (Associated Landscape Contractor of Colorado) certified. We are IAPMO BPI certified. Plus 15+ years in the industry. Each year we complete continued education classes on various fields of service.
