Six decades ago, in Aurora, CO., Vernon Befort, an army veteran, and expert pipefitter trained by merchant marines, established Befort Plumbing and Heating in 1957, igniting a legacy of excellence. He was armed with his Master Plumbing, Master Mechanical, and boiler licenses, Denver’s oldest active boiler license, until his passing. Vern set a gold standard in service, earning trust as the go-to plumber and HVAC technician in Denver. A man of vision and family values, Vern welcomed his daughter, Teresa, into the fold. Together, they elevated Befort to new heights, with Teresa taking over and steering the company towards a future as the woman-owned powerhouse it is today. Fast-forward to now, Vern’s Grandchildren, Jessica and Marcus, lead Befort Plumbing and Heating, upholding a tradition of service and commitment to their community.
