My overall experience with this service provider was excellent. From the first conversation up to the day of service. Brian was punctual, very professional and did a thorough inspection of my AC unit. He explained everything to me once he was complete and provided in depth details of where he had concerns and things to be mindful of. His work was very professional and thorough. This was a great experience with Behold Heating & Cooling. After multiple attempts to reach my previous service provider, I reached out to Behold through Thumbtack. The technician was knowledgeable, took time to explain what he was doing (so there was some learning for me, too), the price was fair, they got there on the same day I called for help, and the technician arrived early. I'll work with them again in the future -- they are now my "go-to" HVAC team.
