Got an immediate response when I messaged them this morning about our furnace blowing like warm air. they got someone out before noon same day and he was amazing. He replaced the filter and got it going again, then taught me what I needed to know to keep this issue from reoccurring. Very professional and approachable, he worked quickly and we're just thrilled with the service. We signed up for a plan to make sure our AC and furnace are regularly checked. I was also so relieved to learn that they do electric and plumbing too because I love being able to rely on one business to take care of multiple needs. Pricing was very fair and affordable as well. So SO happy!

Tim was very helpful and great to work with. He took the time to inspect each system, explain how everything works, and walk me through what I needed to do to get the system running properly.
The tune-up promotion was a fantastic value and very reasonably priced. Tim went above and beyond, and I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was.
This was a great experience with Behold Heating & Cooling. After multiple attempts to reach my previous service provider, I reached out to Behold through Thumbtack. The technician was knowledgeable, took time to explain what he was doing (so there was some learning for me, too), the price was fair, they got there on the same day I called for help, and the technician arrived early. I'll work with them again in the future -- they are now my "go-to" HVAC team.

Despite some unexpected challenges during the first visit, I was in good hands -- they sent someone back early the next day to make sure we were taken care of with our HVAC needs and related plumbing. Sham, the plumbing guy, in particular took good care of our needs, was diligent and professional, and the pricing was competitive / transparent / consistent. Will hire them again for our next project!
