Excellent service. The technicians were responsive as well as knowledgeable. My HVAC system presented multiple problems, but the technicians persevered, over several necessary visits, until they repaired every issue and had the system working properly. The young men employed by this company are exemplary in their professionalism, etiquette, and work ethic. Hire them!

Behold was amazing of assessing my issues, talking me through options and giving me fair pricing for each step. They made sure I was comfortable with each step and checked with me on pricing along the way so I didn't spend more than I intended. I will use them moving forward for any issues and preventative maintenance for sure.

Justin was very professional. He arrived the same day we requested service. He was courteous and explained thoroughly the issue. He was very transparent about the repair needed and what it would require. Chris in the office was very efficient working with us to get what we needed for our warranty company and the repair was seamless.

Recently our furnace stopped working during a night when temperatures dropped. However, I am so glad we contacted Behold. Our technician was Bryan. He arrived promptly, was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in detail.
He repaired the furnace efficiently and also provided quotes for a potential replacement down the line, without any pressure or scare tactics. I appreciated the honest, straightforward advice and the time he took to walk me through my options. It was clear he had my families best interest in mind.
The pricing was fair, and the service provided excellent value. If you’re looking for trustworthy HVAC professionals, I highly recommend Behold Heating and Cooling. We will definitely be using them again when it’s time to replace the system.

I reached out to Behold Heating and Cooling to get my HVAC system replaced. My old system was functioning but it was 25 years old. Jay Sohn came over and walked us through all the different options. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. After getting multiple quotes, I selected Behold as they were not only reasonably priced, but were also very generous about warranty.
A team of three professionals came to install the system- Tristan, Brandon and Dylan. They were extremely courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. It took them whole day to replace two sets of furnaces, air conditioning units and humidifiers. After they were done, they cleaned up the work area nicely. They gave us very good orientation of our new units.
I cannot vouch for the system I just got installed as I have no history. However, I cannot speak high enough for the great experience I have had so far with everyone who I interacted with at this company. Highly recommended!!!
