My overall experience with this service provider was excellent. From the first conversation up to the day of service. Brian was punctual, very professional and did a thorough inspection of my AC unit. He explained everything to me once he was complete and provided in depth details of where he had concerns and things to be mindful of. His work was very professional and thorough. I would happily use this company again for my heating and cooling needs. An excellent experience from start to finish.
Tim was very helpful and great to work with. He took the time to inspect each system, explain how everything works, and walk me through what I needed to do to get the system running properly.
The tune-up promotion was a fantastic value and very reasonably priced. Tim went above and beyond, and I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was.
I’d definitely recommend him for HVAC service.
They contacted me right away and had a technician on the site the same day. They gave me an estimate for the repair and gave me options and and had the repair completed the next day. Their prices were fair and they gave me a veteran discount.

This was a great experience with Behold Heating & Cooling. After multiple attempts to reach my previous service provider, I reached out to Behold through Thumbtack. The technician was knowledgeable, took time to explain what he was doing (so there was some learning for me, too), the price was fair, they got there on the same day I called for help, and the technician arrived early. I'll work with them again in the future -- they are now my "go-to" HVAC team.
