Excellent service. The technicians were responsive as well as knowledgeable. My HVAC system presented multiple problems, but the technicians persevered, over several necessary visits, until they repaired every issue and had the system working properly. The young men employed by this company are exemplary in their professionalism, etiquette, and work ethic. Hire them!

Justin was very professional. He arrived the same day we requested service. He was courteous and explained thoroughly the issue. He was very transparent about the repair needed and what it would require. Recently our furnace stopped working during a night when temperatures dropped. However, I am so glad we contacted Behold. Our technician was Bryan. He arrived promptly, was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in detail.
He repaired the furnace efficiently and also provided quotes for a potential replacement down the line, without any pressure or scare tactics. I appreciated the honest, straightforward advice and the time he took to walk me through my options. It was clear he had my families best interest in mind.

Tim is a total professional! He didnt just fix the furnace issue, but explained how the problem occurred and how we can keep it from happening again. I appreciated his educational approach and his commitment seeing the job to completion. I would highly recommend Behold for any furnace and/or AC repair or replacement.
