Requested a quote on line for my furnace not working and had a call back within 10 minutes.
Technician was at my house within 4 hours, very good communication and response time. Assessed the situation and the next morning came back with the part. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Didn't try to upsell me a whole new furnace....Very honest and affordable company. I will definitely call them again

Reza and his team were everything I was looking for. They were punctual, polite, professional. They worked very quietly despite having to carry equipment up and down the stairs. Very respectful of property and the surroundings. Reza was very responsive in communication. And the total cost for a complete replacement of my HVAC came in several thousand dollars than what others were quoting. Yet I still got very good equipment (Trane). Finally, the quality of their workmanship was excellent. I am very satisfied with Reza and his company.

Reza was fantastic to work with. Another HVAC company told us our refridgerant was low, that we had a leak, and that the A/C needed to be replaced. I had several companies come bid on the job, but Reza was the only technician that took the time to inspect and test the system to see if it really needed replacement. In the end, Reza saved us more than $5,000 because we didn't need to replace our 5 ton A/C system.
Reza found that the refridgerant was low, but performed pressure tests on the lines and inspected several locations looking for a leak. He could not find any signs of a leak and he suggested that some refridgerant may have been lost during a prior repair so maybe it was worth a try to add more refridgerant. He came back a week later to follow up and found the refridgerant levels had held steady, so no leak and no need to replace the system.
Reza was the most honest HVAC technicians I have worked with, and I would absolutely call him again!
