Our fridge water line and ice maker stopped working. I tried to diagnose it myself and replaced the water filter and blew out the water line. However, this only fixed the problem for a day or so. Hired Fuse off Thumbtack. They were able to come out that same day and found the issue. They ordered and picked up the part a couple of days later and installed it. I thought their rates were relatively reasonable. Most importantly, they were fast and responsive.

Alex and his associate were very prompt and professional. They also provided the service I needed for a slightly lower price than several other quotes I received. Our AC stopped working late at night, so I contacted a few pros in hopes of being first in line for service when they opened. Alex from Fuse responded almost immediately despite the late hour and was able to get me scheduled for service early the next day. They arrived right at the beginning of their window and communicated they were on their way, evaluated the issue and fixed it all within a few hours for an incredibly reasonable price.
