Nordic came out to service my HVAC plus diagnose an issue with my water heater. The quality of the work was exceptional and done efficiently. What I really liked is they were able to give me different service options for my water heater repairs and I was able to select the one that I felt comfortable with. They even provided the option for financing. Overall, a great experience and I will use Nordic again.

The technician arrived several hours after the scheduled time. The technician appeared inexperienced. The technician recommended an entire water heater replacement when the request was for a couple of maintenance items on a 2018 water heater that is fully functioning. The price quoted for the maintenance items was on par with quotes received by other entities. They did communicate regularly about the technician running late, which is why I added an additional star.

Last year was the first time that I used Nordic Home Services, recommended by a friend, to service my furnace. Dan spent about 90 minutes on it and truly did a fantastic job. Then it was time this year to check my furnace again, and there was a change. Dan came out again, spent two hours cleaning and checking my furnace, and took a video to show me the damage in my furnace that was not there last year. To fix the problem was $1500 but I opted to get a new furnace, since mine was 24 years old.A few days later, the furnace was installed and Dan took a lot of time to explain the new thermostat, which I can now control with an app from my phone, and the new furnace. Then he came back the next day, to fix something on my humidifier, which took another hour. Dan is a very hard worker, takes pride in his work, is knowledgeable, professional, personable and funny. I have free service for my furnace now and a company , who I trust does a wonderful job and reliable work. Thanks to Dan.(photos: first is the old furnace, then the new one).
