FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Trust Johnson Law, we believe in transparent, upfront pricing. We offer flat-fee options for many estate planning services and initial consultations for criminal and family law matters. Depending on the complexity of your case, we may work on an hourly rate or offer flexible payment plans to fit your budget. We never surprise our clients with hidden fees—everything is discussed clearly before we begin. Discounts may be available for military veterans and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free initial consultation where we listen to your concerns, review any documents you have, and explain your legal options. From there, we develop a clear strategy tailored to your needs—whether it's drafting an estate plan, navigating a family law matter, or defending against criminal charges. Once you decide to move forward, we provide a written agreement outlining the scope of work and fees. We stay in regular contact, keep you informed every step of the way, and make sure your questions are answered promptly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
