- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients it's important to first start with a PAR-Q health questionaire and assessments to assess the initial level of fitness and any health problems that may affect their abilities to workout. After completing their assessments a program will be designed specifically for that persons goals and abilities, I do NOT do cookie cutter workouts for people! Once the exercise program is under way we will advance when clients are ready and capable of advancing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have obtained a Bachlors of Science from WMU and also am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Specialist through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After gaining almost 40lbs in college I myself hired a personal trainer whom I worked with for about a year or so and it completely changed my life! I was in the best shape of my life and wanted to pay it forward and help as many people as I could achieve and surpass their own fitness goals!
