I am an RN, BSN, Board Certified Holistic Nurse, Certified Life, Nutrition and Health Coach, Certified Reiki Master Practitioner and Certified Therapeutic Hypnotist. I am passionate about helping people recover from trauma, mental and emotional stress, chronic fatigue, and stress-related health issues. Hypnosis and Energy Medicine are highly effective methods for healing but also for personal success and empowerment in all areas of life. I have known Christen Resmo for 7 years, and she is one of the most compassionate, professional, and gifted Registered Nurse, Holistic Nurse, Reiki Master Healer Practitioner, Karuna Master Healer Practitioner, Healing Touch Practitioner, and has added Nutrition Health Coaching to her many talents! I recently had a 90 minute session with Christen, and found it most helpful to talk about nutrition first, and then we did a healing session. I left her Studio feeling more knowledgeable in what foods were going to work for me, and not against me. The healing session was amazing, and I was able to release areas in my life that I had struggled with in the past. I offer a FREE DISCOVERY ZOOM call and the initial intake session also becomes complimentary if you decide to work with me for the next 6-9 sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a FREE Discovery Call, then we set up your first session which includes a consult plus a full treatment. If you decide to move forward with a 6 or 9 package, this first session is also complimentary
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
