I am an RN, BSN, Board Certified Holistic Nurse, Certified Life and Health Coach, Certified Healing Touch and Reiki Master Practitioner, and Certified Therapeutic Hypnotist.

Each session lasts around 60 to 90 minutes and takes place at a time that suits you — all from the comfort of your own home. Whether in-person, online or over the phone with headphones, my voice will gently guide you into the deeper parts of your mind where real change happens.
To serve you best, I invite you to schedule a free 30-minute Discovery Call (by phone or Zoom). During this conversation, we’ll explore your goals, discuss what’s been holding you back and determine how I can best support you.
From there, I offer a “Test Drive” 90-minute session, custom-tailored to your unique situation. This session gives you the full experience of how I work — allowing us to begin addressing your core challenges and create meaningful progress right away.
