FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront pricing meaning we charge by the job not the hour so there is full transparency on the cost before the work is done regardless of how long the job takes
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers involves a structured process that builds trust and sets clear expectations, typically starting with an evaluation of what work needs to be done and information gathering of your plumbing problems, goals of your project and scope of the work, detailing what it will take to fix your problem, and ensuring long term repairs or installs to achieve the right long-term satisfaction. Key steps include understanding client needs via intake, defining and establishing consistent communication for a smooth repair / replacement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continued education required by the state and plumbing board, knowledge and training on specific products we offer, and over 20 years of experience from on the job training
